Flexible Programs
Braxton-Reed works with many of their customers and job-seekers in the traditional manner, where we are commissioned to find a specific talent for a specific need and then paid accordingly, either as a contract, contract-to-hire or permanent direct hire.
But there’s more… We thought about it and since our people are always networking and talking to talented individuals, why not make this process a constant flow and in so doing we can pass along some savings. We call it the Talent Lookout Program. By profiling our subscribing customers and their typical needs, as well as, documenting the individual job-seeker’s talents and goals, we can always be providing real-time matches. If we are alerted by a job-seeker that they are interested in making a change, we will look at our subscribers for the right match. Only profiles of resources that match the client’s environment, and those within the parameters agreed upon at the time of subscribing, will be forwarded. The subscription is free by the way, and we are only paid if the subscriber decides to hire within 12 months of presentation. The fee for a TLP hire is a flat $4,000 period.
