Since its founding, Braxton-Reed has been built around the success and experience of its people. It is one thing to build an organization, but another to maintain a successful business model with experienced people that demand challenging work and a flexible business environment.

The average experience of a Braxton-Reed employee is much higher than most traditional IT and business consulting firms. Forty-three percent of the company has over sixteen years of experience with another forty-three percent of the people with six to ten years in the industry. The remaining fourteen percent have between eleven and fifteen years of experience.
